Steps in Ways to deal with life stresses

 When things get tough and you feel over whelmed with everything. Just remember your not alone in feeling this way. Everyone deals with life stresses differently. It can be a challenge when everything is on your shoulders. That mean all the responsibilities we take on. I am going to list some helpful ways to lesson the stress of life for the better. 

1. A nice hot bath; for some reason really relaxes the bones in your body and relieves some stresses in the     body. It's an old school way that really works.

2. Put time aside for your self. This helps to reflect on  ways to lesson your stress by lessoning the load on      your shoulders. 

3. Simplifying your life may help you to relive your stressful life. 

4. Learn to always put time aside for just your family. Family is very important. Cell Phones off and time      for each other is the most important thing in keeping your family ties strong. 

5. Don't try to take on what you cannot handle. Some of use take on to much and really it makes us                overwhelmed, ill and stressed out. Before we know it we are burned out. This is not what we want. Our      goal is to lessen these stresses. So it doesn't make us burn out. 

6. We all deal with stress; in-fact, it is pretty normal to have stress but when we become overwhelmed        with stress. It will make us ill and we eventually burn out. When dealing with stress we have to find      ways to lessen these stresses by becoming more organized; by making a plan for the day, so you can       see where you can make changes in taking off the stress load off your shoulders. 

Life is a gift from God above. We should value the life that was given us. We are all imperfect people trying to make it in life. All we all want is to be happy and care for our families. This is important. We have to learn to lessen our load sometimes; so we don't become ill with burn out. Or overloading ourselves with to much. Life is a gift from above. Value that life given us, by keeping our selves well.
